Month Thirteen Has No Price

Anyone can read those three numbers, today, without speaking to a salesperson, and they will be the same three numbers when read tomorrow.

So a state agency prices its entire catalogue in public. The vendor that packages those same filings into a formation order declines to say what its own recurring service costs after the first year. One of the two parties in that arrangement is making your budget easy to build.

There is a second asymmetry worth naming. Formation is finite. It runs once, issues a certificate, and is over. The agent appointment sold on the very same order is an open-ended tenancy with no end date built into it. Bundling the two makes the tenancy feel like part of a single purchase at precisely the moment its recurring price has gone unmentioned.
